CBS has sold paid commissioner leagues for two decades, and the settings show it: almost any scoring or roster rule can be configured, and there is a real support desk behind it. CBS is the platform for a commissioner who wants total control and a league that will pay for it. Nearly any category, roster shape or transaction rule can be set, the interface is dated but complete, and customer support answers the phone.
