Clip here (https://youtu.be/BzAdXyPYKQo?si=Y2wLb6ifSkxbjvJ6) Here is the dynasty fantasy baseball version of this clip: "If you get called up to the big leagues people will ask how is he performing and it will never be enough...but if you're a highly touted prospect and you can say you're Pre-MLB you're a potential Pure Play. It's not about how well you perform in the big leagues it's about what you're worth as a prospect and who's worth the most? Prospects that haven't been called up yet. I kid you not, this is the exact thing I think every time a prospect comes up and doesn't immediately dominate at the big league level. All of the shine and excitement that a player had on him before he came to the big leagues seems to immediately go away as soon as they put up a slash line that doesn't look out of this world. Are people still enthusiastic? Sure there's still some hope, but managers will offer you a fraction of what they would before he got called up. All this to say, Walker Jenkins is still an elite prospect, if he didn't come up at the end of 2026 a lot of people would feel a lot differently about his prospects heading into 2027. I still see Astros-era Kyle Tucker with more of a motor in his profile, and am excited to see what he does in his first full big league season.
