The community agrees too, FRV 77.0 to 62.2. For 2026 redraft, the consensus has Suzuki ahead, #45 to #67, and the rest-of-season engine agrees ($23 and $11).
JD on Seiya Suzuki (Jul 3, 2026): Seiya has been white hot over the last 30 days and somehow has not been the best offensive performer on his team (thanks PCA). Between PCA, Suzuki, and Dansby, Chicago have three of the top five offensive players over the last month and still only are only 18-12 in their last 30? Help that make sense for me. Back to Seiya, I exercised a little bit of caution with his ranking after his injury to start the year but he clearly has righted the ship. Even with a little bit of regression, he's still going to be a terrific dynasty asset for the remainder of the year. He's a great target for a win-now team if he is available.
JD on Wyatt Langford (Jul 23, 2026): I may have been too harsh on Wyatt Langford and rumors of his demise may have been exaggerated. I originally had him ranked outside of the top 100 because I didn't see him really contributing any meaningful value as a dynasty player since he came up in 2024. He's shown it in bits and pieces but he hasn't really put together a full season that jumped off the page and said, "Wow this guy is a top 50 asset." I think it might be coming together for him. I have watched him over the last couple of weeks and things seem to really be turning the corner. His xwOBA is over .400 for July and his hard hit % has jumped to over 41%. I think there is an interesting buy low opportunity here because his Statcast page doesn't necessarily reflect the improvement yet because his April was so poor this year. If he's still available as a buy low in your league, I would be making the move now and trying to ride a strong second half to Wyatt Langford being a top 50 asset heading into 2027.
