JD on Sebastian Walcott (Jul 23, 2026): Walcott is back! I thought I did a good job of tempering my expectations while he was injured but now that I saw the screenshot of him with his additional 15 lbs. of muscle, I'm fully back on the Walcott train. He is off to a hot start with a 140 wRC+ in AA, and if you held onto him I think you are about to be handsomely rewarded. JD on Theo Gillen (Jul 28, 2026): Theo Gillen really snuck up on me this year - I had never really given him much love because there is no power in his profile yet. Now that he has tapped into that potential, the ceiling is all of a sudden a lot higher. He has clubbed 16 home runs across two levels this year and has held his own with a 130 WRC+ in AA across 101 plate appearances. He may not have as high an end-of-ceiling as some of the top prospects but his floor is as high as anyone in the minor leagues. I think he will be a very exciting prospect when he debuts in late 2027 or early 2028. I probably won't be as high on him as some others are (our aggregated expert rankings have some analysts putting him in their top 10) but he is solid, the top 20 prospect for me.
