JD on Jordan Lawlar (Jun 17, 2026): It's been a small sample size this season but I've been impressed with his season debut and a couple of games since he's returned from injury. Lawlar has been a prospect for so long that I think some of the shine has worn off on him but you're seeing an underlying skill set that will play very well in the big leagues if he can get his strikeout rate under control. I'm aggressive with my ranking here but I do think he can turn into a very valuable player. His market value will rise considerably if he has a good showing for the rest of the year.
